I didn’t plan on becoming someone who makes light fixtures. It happened slowly, the way most things do in a busy house. One evening, after the kids were finally asleep and the dishes were stacked neatly on the rack, I sat on the couch and realized the room felt dull. Clean, yes. Organized, mostly. But…
It all started one rainy Saturday morning. I had just finished making breakfast for the kids — pancakes with fresh fruit, which turned into a bit of a mess on the counter — and I sat down in the parlor with a cup of coffee, watching the rain streak the windows. Normally, this would be…
The need to change my office and parlor didn’t come from boredom. It came from living in the spaces every day. I noticed it during small moments — standing in the doorway with laundry in my hands, sitting at my desk late in the afternoon, or tidying up the parlor after everyone had gone to…
I remember the day I finally decided it was time to rethink my kitchen like it was yesterday. I had just returned from running errands with the kids, the car loaded with groceries, backpacks, and the inevitable stray library books. One minute I’m planning school lunches and wiping down kitchen counters, and the next minute I realize February is halfway gone and I haven’t thought about gifts yet. In my house, love doesn’t look polished or staged. It looks like messy mornings, shared car rides, late dinners, and…

I’ve spent years balancing work, family, and hosting friends in our home, and over time I realized that the right light can completely transform a space. Whether you’re setting up an office where productivity is key, or decorating an Airbnb where…
Home décor is something we interact with quietly, every single day. It’s there when we wake up in the morning, when we return home tired from work, when children are playing on the floor, and when friends gather around the table. Over time, I’ve noticed how the spaces we live in influence our mood, our…
